Privacy Policy

Incircart (“we”, “us”) is a catalogue service. Sellers show their products on their own page, and visitors send their orders to the seller on WhatsApp. This page explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
From sellers who create an account:
- Your name, email address and a password (stored only in scrambled form), and your WhatsApp number.
- If you sign in with Google or Facebook: your name, email address and profile photo from that account. We never see your Google or Facebook password.
- Your business details: business name, town and region, delivery areas, shop landmark or GPS code if you add one, and your page photos.
- The product photos you upload and the product details you save (names, descriptions, prices, options).
From visitors to a seller’s page:
- Your cart is kept on your own phone or computer. We do not need an account for it.
- When you tap Order on WhatsApp, we record the order message you sent (the items, quantities, prices and any delivery location you typed), so the seller and our team can sort out problems. We do not record the WhatsApp number you use.
- Anonymous visit counts: a random code made by your browser is turned into a one-way scrambled value, so a seller can see how many visitors they had. It contains no name, email, phone number or IP address.
How we use it
- To create and run your seller account and your page.
- To read your product photos with artificial intelligence and suggest the product details, which you check and change.
- To pass a visitor’s order message to the right seller and to keep a record of it.
- To email you about your account, such as password resets, and to answer your questions.
- To keep the service safe, and to fix problems.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it to show advertising.
Who else handles it
- Our hosting and security providers, which store and deliver the website and its data.
- Artificial intelligence services that read product photos. We send them the photo, not your account details.
- WhatsApp, which carries the order message once you send it. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies from that point.
- Google or Facebook, only if you choose to sign in with them.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and page for as long as you have them. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal information within 30 days, apart from records we must keep for security or by law.
Your choices
- You can see and change your details in your dashboard.

Security and children
We protect your information with passwords stored in scrambled form, encrypted connections, and limited access for our team. No system is perfectly secure, so please choose a strong password. Incircart is not meant for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
