By using Incircart you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What Incircart is

Incircart lets sellers show their products on their own page. Visitors can fill a cart and send their order to the seller on WhatsApp. Incircart is a catalogue. We are not the seller, we are not a party to any sale, and we do not take payments or deliver goods. Payment and delivery are agreed directly between the buyer and the seller.

Accounts

• You must be 18 or older, and give true information.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

For sellers

• You are responsible for your products, prices, descriptions, photos, stock, delivery and payment arrangements, and for dealing fairly with your customers.
• Details suggested by our AI are only suggestions. Check every detail before you save it.
• Only list things you are allowed to sell. Do not list illegal, dangerous, stolen or counterfeit goods, or anything that breaks someone else’s rights.
• Only upload photos and text you have the right to use.

For buyers

Check the details with the seller before you pay. We cannot guarantee a seller’s goods, prices or delivery. Take care when you send money, and deal with sellers you trust.

Content you add

You keep ownership of what you add. You allow us to show and store it so that the service can work, including on your public page. You can remove it at any time.

What we may do

We may hide content, or suspend or close an account, if these terms are broken or if it is needed to keep people safe. We may change or stop parts of the service. We will try to give notice of important changes.

Limits

We provide Incircart as it is, and we work to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses from sales or arrangements between buyers and sellers, or for content added by users.
